Who is this meeting for?
The meeting is in two parts, the first is a chance to hear from the RMG property manager and the second part is the Residents association AGM. Anyone who lives at RCY is welcome to attend the property managers report. The only requirement is that you currently live at or own a residential property at RCY. Sign in is required.
What's happening at the meeting?
"Ask the Property Manager" with RMG
RMG is the Property Management company appointed by Berkeley Homes to look after the maintenance of the site communal areas and most of the buildings. They collect annual Service Charges from leaseholders so that there are sufficient funds available to carry out the required repairs and maintenance. A brief presentation about RMG's work and plans for the coming year will be given by George Davies Regional Manager for RMG. George will be accompanied by the new property management team here at RCM, Sarah Jones Senior Property Manager for RMG and Janine Ward Property Management Assistant.
The RMG presentation will be followed by a Q&A session for residents.
It would be helpful to have questions in advance using the online form (click here). These questions will be taken first but if time allows, questions may also be asked from the floor during the meeting e. The RMG session is expected to last approximately an hour and conclude at 8pm.
Annual General Meeting (RCMRA)
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for RCMRA will follow the RMG presentation at approximately 8.15pm. This meeting is only open to paid members of the residents association. If you are not a paid members, you will be able to join or renew your membership on the night, otherwise we respectfully request that you withdraw before the AGM commences.
The AGM will include reports from the officers, the formal election of Committee members for the coming year, a Q&A session for attendees and a report from the RA committee on the plans for the coming year.
