Open & Social Meetings

Occasional open meetings are held for residents during the year covering various topics. There is also a calendar of Social Meetings being arranged for the rest of 2022.

Meetings are usually advertised by e-mail to our mailing list or via the Newsletter, by letter-box-drop to addresses in RCY and on block notice boards.  If you would like to be added to our mailing list, please either sign up to the Newsletter mailing list or contact the Secretary via e-mail: rcmraweb@gmail.com.

 

The Annual General Meeting is held in November.  All residents are welcome but only members of the Residents Association are entitled to vote.

Meetings with the Property Manager (RMG)

Monthly meetings are held with the Property Manager to discuss progress and any issues around the site.  Attendees include RCMRA Committee members and Officers from LARCY(W) - the Leaseholders Associations from The Officer's Quarters, Regents Place & Commodore Place. Key points from those meetings are available to RCMRA members in the "Members" area of this website.

There are also regular "walk-rounds" of the site with the Property Manager, looking specifically at communal parts of the Estate.

Meetings with Berkeley Homes

Very occasional meetings are held with the landlord and developer, Berkeley Homes.  These tend to relate to very specific issues and topics which cannot be covered by the Property Manager. Normally, communication with Berkeley Homes is via e-mail.
