Royal Clarence Marina residents (RCY East of Weevil Lane) are invited to the AGM and Ordinary Meeting of the RCM Residents Association (RCMRA), which will be hed in the Bakery on the Royal Clarence Waterfront from 7pm (doors open 6.30pm) on Friday 30th October.
The Annual General Meeting (A.G.M.) will commence at 7pm and be followed by the Ordinary Meeting at approximately 7.30pm. Agenda for both meetings can be downloaded from the links below.
The Agenda for the A.G.M. includes the election of Chair, officers and Committee members for 2016. There will also be a presentation of the annual accounts and membership report. Full members only eligible to vote. A proxy form is available with the Agenda below.

The Agenda for the Ordinary Meeting includes news and updates from the landlords (Berkeley Homes) and their Managing Agents (HMLA); an update on the landscaping contract (including information anout the hedge in Flagstaff Green); updates on Berekely Homes' recent planning applications and reports from Budget meetings for 2016 (which affects our services charges).
There will also be a short report on the project to restart the Water Bus link beween RCY and Portsmouth. And news of upcoming events.
