Residents Association next meeting (and A.G.M.) Thursday 28th November, 7pm


The Annual General Meeting and next Ordinary Meeting of the Royal Clarence Marina Residents Association will be taking place on Thursday 28th November, 7pm (doors open 6.45pm) in Unit 2, Cooperage Green (the Waterfront Baptist Church).

All residents welcome

All residents of homes in Royal Clarence Yard are welcome to attend. You don't have to be a member of the Residents Association to come along and listen or ask questions. However, only current members can vote (when there is a vote).

Residents are welcome to join or renew or renew their membership at the meeting (or by post or BACS - details on the membership form which can be downloaded from the links below.

Tea, coffee & biscuits provided.

Property Manager's Review & NM7 Construction update 7pm

The meeting will start at 7pm with an update from Berkeley Homes NM7 Project Manager, Mike Paddock, on the progress on the new NM7/ Bridge House block under construction at the North of RCY.

This will be followed by a Property Manager's Review, with Toby Felton & Leila Manzi from RMG. This will be your chance for you to hear from Toby about RMG plans for the coming year at to ask questions.

RCMRA Annual General Meeting (approx 8:10pm)

After a short break, we will hold the Annual General Meeting (approx 8pm). This will include a presentation of the accounts and the election of our committee for the next year.

Ordinary Meeting (everything else!) approx 8:30pm

Finally, the Ordinary Meeting will start immediately after the AGM (approx 8.15pm).
