Berkeley Homes Project Manager, Mike Paddock, has issued an Autumn Newsletter about progress with the construction of the new NM7 Block (a.k.a. "Bridge House") at the north end of RCY (opposite the Forton Lake Bridge).
Mike Paddock says: "We have started roof coverings to the East & West wings with the North block, 3rd floor roof construction now also fully underway. The start of the internal fit out has commenced to the West wing and we are still on target to complete in Spring 2020.
Unfortunately there will be some upcoming disruption works to Weevil Lane whist we undertake some necessary work to supply the building with electricity. We would like to apologise in advanced for these required works."
Weevil Lane Road works: start Monday 25th November - final day expected to be Thursday 5th December
