Update 21 December 2020
RMG has asked the Residents Association to remind residents living East of Weevil Lane that UKCPM is continuing to actively manage the RCY car parks and that all current restrictions still apply.
However, in line with the previous information (see below), while Gosport remains within an area of high restrictions (currently Tier 4), UKCPM patrols will not be attaching yellow PCNs to the windscreens of vehicles. Formal Notices of the penalty charge issued will be sent by post to the address held by DVLA for the registered keeper of the vehicle.
Message from RMG circulated via RMG Living 12 November 2020:
UKCPM Parking Management
Good morning, Please note currently all UK-CPM parking operatives are under instruction not to issue physical PCNs to vehicle windscreens. This action has been taken in line with the government’s second national lockdown. Touching vehicles and issuing physical PCNs to windscreens could potentially cause the increase of spreading the virus, therefore all PCNs will be issued remotely and via the postal service.
Kind regards
